About the role
As a Product Owner at KidsKonnect, you’ll be working on several of our products that help professionals in childcare and education with learning, development, and improvement. Together with a team of developers, designers, and other colleagues, you’ll make sure that our products continue to grow and stay valuable for our users.
You won’t be on your own, you’ll work closely with senior colleagues and stakeholders to set priorities, shape the backlog, and help deliver great new features. This role is ideal if you already have some experience in product ownership or project management and want to take the next step.
Main responsibilities
Work with your team to keep the product backlog clear and up to date.
Collect feedback from users and colleagues and translate it into improvements.
Help shape new features and make sure they fit the needs of our users.
Support the launch of new features and follow up on their impact.
Work with developers, QA, and designers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Learn from experienced Product Owners while taking responsibility for your own products.-to-market success, adoption, and satisfaction;

What we're looking for
We are looking for someone who thrives in working with diverse teams and can bring ideas together effectively. You are curious, well-organized, and confident in asking the right questions. Changing priorities do not deter you, as you handle them with adaptability and a positive outlook. You are motivated to further develop your expertise in product ownership and grow into the role.
Your background and skills:
You have some experience as a Product Owner, project manager, or in a similar role.
You’re interested in SaaS and digital products, preferably related to learning or education.
You understand (or want to learn) Agile ways of working, such as Scrum or Kanban.
You can translate customer needs into clear tasks for the team.
You are motivated, pragmatic, and ready to grow into the role of Product Owner.

Fluency in Dutch and English, as well as residence in the Netherlands, are required.
