React Native Mobile Development Lead

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, driving the creation of a revolutionary React Native mobile app designed specifically for practitioners, with plans underway to build a new app to improve parents reach imminently. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams comprising talented UX/UI designers and backend developers, you'll craft seamless user experiences that set new standards in childcare technology.
You will work with the cutting edge frontend technologies like Expo, monorepo (nx), react, react query and many more.
As a mentor and leader, you'll actively engage in empowering and inspiring fellow team members, guiding them on their journey to become proficient React Native developers through:
hands-on training sessions, personalized coaching, and collaborative projects;
Your expertise will be instrumental in nurturing talent and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within our organization;
Equipping our team with the skills and confidence to drive innovation and deliver exceptional results.
You will have an opportunity to work with talented engineers from different engineering areas such as backend technologies, frontend & cloud.

At least 3 year experience in building React Native mobile apps and additional components like Expo;
Longer experience in mobile or otherwise react web development;
Experience with UI/UX design tools (Figma) and working with design systems;
Succesful app(s) in apple app store / google play;
Ability to teach other developers new to react native;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, without derogating quality and security.
