Today, there is a unique opportunity for a head of product who is eager to impact a highly relevant industry. We’re looking for a product leader who will drive the product roadmap for all B2B solutions of KidsKonnect including the inception and delivery of multiple disruptive products. You’ll be leading a tribe of product owners passionate about building the next generation of nursery and primary education software, with a specific focus on planning and workforce management solutions.

About you

Taks and responsibilities

  • You will own the product roadmap for the planning tribe, including domains of child planning, workforce planning, invoicing and planning automation
  • You will lead, build, and coach a team of product owners with strong domain expertise
  • You will drive the tribe vision and collaborate with peers from design, engineering, sales, consultancy, and support
  • You will have a strong net positive contribution to the company’s P&L by driving innovations fueling product-led growth
  • You will launch at least 2 disruptive products yearly
  • You will drive customer satisfaction by creating products that childcare and education employees at central offices love
  • You help launch KidsKonnect in new markets in the next years and establish product-market fit for your domains
  • You will have an outlook on major developments and trends for 1-2 years ahead and build an adaptive roadmap based on this

About you

  • You have a background in B2B SaaS product management at scale-ups and/or larger tech companies preferably in one or more of the areas of ERP, workforce planning, BI, data and analytics
  • You are excited about creating intuitive user experiences for B2B users
  • You have 8+ years’ experience in product roles with at least 5+ years’ experience in leading teams
  • You have an entrepreneurial and experimentation mentality and ability to develop innovative, exciting solutions to existing business problems
  • You have an agile mindset and deep understanding of product discovery and product delivery, knowing when to use what methodology and at what amount
  • You’re an expert in product discovery frameworks and methodologies and have run major discovery initiatives in previous roles, enabling you to leverage all relevant playbooks where needed
  • You have a hands-on, can do, get it done leadership style, not shying away from doing groundwork yourself when needed
  • You have the ability to leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights that inform your roadmap
  • You're experienced in 5+ major, portfolio product releases at previous companies
  • You speak and write fluency in English and Dutch
