About the role

As an FP&A Analyst at KidsKonnect, you will play a key role in analyzing and reporting the financial performance of our organization. You will work closely with the finance team and other departments to provide accurate financial insights, forecasting, and budgeting. You will help drive business decisions by providing financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver accurate monthly financial reporting and performance analysis

• Provide scenario analysis to support strategic decision making

• Support business units on financial planning, variance analysis, and ad-hoc financial modelling

• Analyze and interpret key SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, churn) to support business insights

• Develop and improve financial models and tools to support scalable planning and reporting processes

• Collaborate with Data, Sales, Operations, and other departments to ensure data integrity and meaningful reporting

• Leverage ERP systems, SQL queries, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI) to extract, analyze, and visualize financial data

• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and systems related to finance and analytics.

About you

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst who is capable of interpreting complex financial data and turning it into actionable insights. You have experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, and you are comfortable working with different teams to ensure financial success. You are proactive, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What We Expect from You:

• 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role in a high-growth, fast-paced, and data-driven environments — SaaS B2B experience preferred

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; proficiency with SQL and experience using BI tools such as Power BI

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Residency in the Netherlands is required
