We are seeking a dedicated and organized Culture & Communication Manager to play a crucial role in fostering a positive and engaging workplace environment. As the Culture & Communication Manager, you will be responsible for managing internal events and initiatives, developing and implementing internal communication plans, creating engaging content and ensuring that our employees are well-informed, engaged, and aligned with our company's goals and values.
An exciting journey in shaping internal communications for more than 250 colleagues in currently 3 countries (and expanding) and establishing employee engagement strategies;

Our central meetings take place in Almere, and we also have satellite offices in Kampen, Haarlem, Breda, Leiden, London and Antwerp.
